Brand & Manufacturing Partner FAQ Guide

This document provides detailed answers to common questions from emerging and established brands seeking a structured, design-led manufacturing partner.

FAQ'S
What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
Minimum order quantities vary depending on garment category, fabric type, and level of customization. MOQs are applied per design rather than mixed across different styles. Once we review your project brief, we provide a structured MOQ confirmation aligned with production feasibility and efficiency.
Can sizes be mixed within an order?
Yes. Sizes can be mixed within the same approved design, provided the total quantity meets the required MOQ.
Do you work with startup brands?
Yes. We support emerging brands who meet our structured development and MOQ requirements. We focus on long-term partnerships rather than one-off production transactions.
Do you offer private label or white-label production?
Yes. We manufacture garments with your brand labels, woven tags, packaging, and identity elements, ensuring the final product represents your brand exclusively.
Is sampling mandatory before bulk production?
Yes. Sampling is required for all new designs to validate fit, construction, fabric performance, and branding placement before scaling to bulk production
How long does sampling take?
Standard sampling timelines range between 2–3 weeks depending on product complexity and fabric sourcing. If the required fabric is already available in stock, sampling can typically be completed within approximately 10 working days. Final timelines are confirmed once development details are approved.
Can I request changes after receiving the sample?
Yes. Adjustments can be made to fit, measurements, structural panels, or branding placement. Bulk production begins only after formal written approval of the final sample.
Do you provide design services?
We support technical development and pattern engineering. If full creative design services are required, this can be discussed during the consultation stage.
What are your bulk production lead times?
Standard production timelines range from 4–6 weeks after final sample approval. Timelines depend on order volume, fabric sourcing, and seasonal demand.
Can repeat orders be produced faster?
Yes. Once patterns, print files, and measurement standards are archived, repeat orders typically move through production more efficiently
How do you manage production capacity?
We align confirmed orders with verified production capacity to prevent overbooking and quality compromise. Each project follows a milestone-based workflow for transparency and scheduling discipline.
What fabric options do you offer?
We offer a range of performance polyester blends, moisture-wicking fabrics, compression materials, cotton and fleece blends for athleisure, and sublimation ready bases. Fabric selection is aligned with the intended function and price positioning of your brand
Can I supply my own fabric?
Client-supplied fabrics may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and must meet technical production standards.
What branding methods are available?
We support sublimation printing, embroidery, heat transfer application, and screen printing depending on garment type and fabric compatibility
What are your payment terms?
Payment terms are confirmed at project initiation. Production begins after deposit confirmation, with the remaining balance due prior to dispatch
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We coordinate international shipping and provide export documentation where required.
Are duties and taxes included?
Import duties and local taxes are the responsibility of the client unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Do you protect client designs and files?
Yes. All client materials, including tech packs, artwork, patterns, and sizing systems, are treated as confidential business assets.
Do you sign NDAs?
Yes. Non-Disclosure Agreements are available upon request prior to development commencement.
How do you ensure product quality?
We operate a multi-stage quality control system including pre-production checks, in-line inspection during stitching, and post-production final inspection before packaging
